Due to our products being handmade and made-to-order, all Sales are FINAL. No exchanges or refunds will be granted unless Blingd Couture is a fault.
If an incorrect product was shipped to you, please email us within 2 days. The item can either be exchanged with the correct item or a store credit can be granted. The incorrect item must be mailed back to us within 5 days.
All items are inspected prior to being shipped and a damaged or broken item will never be mailed out. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company (USPS). If you receive a damaged item, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.
Please be sure to include your full name (first and last name) and your order number.
Please understand, we have the right to deny your return if we find the item has been used or worn.
If you input the incorrect address and your order is returned, you will be responsible for paying shipping for us to resend your package.
